Crafted from the finest gourmet ingredients, our quick and easy soup mixes are the solution for busy days. Just add water and sour cream to our mix for an easy and delicious broccoli and cheese soup. For richer broccoli taste you can add a package of frozen broccoli.

SIMPLE - we want our soup mixes to be as easy to make as possible. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add spice/veggie packet; continue the boil for 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add cheese base package and one cup (8 oz) of sour cream; stir briskly with a wire whisk to blend. If desired, a 10 oz can of chicken can be added. Continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
