SIMPLE - we want our chili mix to be as easy to make as possible. Brown 2 lbs of ground beef, turkey or venison and drain fat. Add spice contents, one 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 3 cups of water (optionally, you may add on 15 oz can of kidney or pinto beans and/or one 14 oz can of diced tomatoes). Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6
